All orders are shipped either via DPD, Royal Mail or Evri depending on what service you select at checkout.

All orders placed before 1pm will be processed and shipped on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following working day.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing and delivery times are estimations, not guarantees.

COLLECTION ORDERS

Collect orders are usually processed and ready for collection within 24 hours of placement.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER TO BE DELIVERED THAN USUAL

On occasion, some parcels may take longer to be delivered than stated, which is something that is unfortunately beyond our control. We rely on third-party couriers to deliver your parcel on our behalf. If you believe your parcel is taking longer than usual, you must contact us as soon as possible.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Depending on the weight and value of your parcel, it may be subject to import duty upon entering a country outside of the UK. It is your responsibility to pay for any income duties. Please note that we can not provide information on these costs, and we advise that if you have any concerns, you contact your local customs office for further information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 14 days for you to return your order to us for a refund. This timeframe is from the date you receive your parcel. To start your return, please email: service@nailit-academy.co.uk. Once your return has been accepted after you contact us, we will then email you instructions on how and where to send your return. You will need your order number and email address used to place your order when you contact us to start the returns process. For hygiene reasons, your returned item(s) must be unopened, unused and returned to us in a resealable condition. You must not return your order to us without prior consent, or we will not process a refund for your order nor ship the items back to you. We do not currently offer exchanges.

Please note: Nail It Universe reserves the right to refuse any returned items for a refund/replacement if any of the above outlined conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
